At Prairie Pines, we provide high-quality care at affordable rates for families in our community. We offer both full-time and drop-in care options and accept CCAP (Child Care Assistance Program) for qualifying families.

Enrollment Information
Prairie Pines Childcare Center welcomes children ages 6 weeks to 12 years, depending on current program availability. We offer both full-time care (4–5 days per week) and drop-in care (as available).
A non-refundable $100 enrollment fee is required to secure a spot. Before your child’s first day (fultime or drop-in care), we’ll schedule a welcome meeting to get to know your family, share the daily routine, and complete any final paperwork.
Tuition & Payment Policy

Tuition is due weekly on Mondays by 6 p.m.

A $20 late fee will be added if payment is more than 3 days late.

If tuition is still unpaid after 6 days, care will be paused until the balance is paid in full.

Weekly tuition is charged for all scheduled days, even if your child is absent.

If you need to request a drop-in, contact the director to check availability.
