As a Lead Teacher, you’ll set up your classroom, prepare lesson plans for preschool age children.  Provide care and supervision for up to 20 children.  Provide guidance for Assistant Teacher / Aide assigned to your classroom.  Work with the Center Director to complete necessary paperwork and maintain compliance with state licensing standards. 

Typical schedule – Monday through Friday 8:00 am – 4:30 pm

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Meet necessary education and experience qualifications (ranging from a Child Development Associate + experience, Associate Degree in Early Childhood + experience, see our website for more possible combinations)
• Have or obtain First Aid / pediatric & adult CPR certification

• Must complete a background check prior to hire.

• A person that enjoys working and playing with children.
• A person willing to complete prep work and cleaning.
